Born in Saskatchewan, Canada, Jaime moved to California in his early 20’s to start TAG in Los Angeles in 1999.
TAG's early objectives were to offer outsourced sales campaigns to local businesses in Southern California. Since it's humble beginnings, Jaime and TAG have grown and partnered with the largest telecommunications companies, energy companies, and e-commerce giants in the country - serving hundreds of thousands of customers on an annual basis.
Jaime specializes in creating new companies, developing business leaders, coaching, and consulting. TAG's company culture and values have been recognized around the country. TAG has been awarded "Top 101 Best and Brightest Companies in the US". The Los Angeles Business Journal and the Orange County Business Journal awarded TAG as one of the Top 10 Companies to Work For in LA and OC year after year.
In his personal life, Jaime is involved in various charities. He is a long time board member and advocate of the Boys & Girls Club of Venice. He has served and funded several mission trips for Operation Smile in 3rd world countries, including a mission to San Cristobal, Mexico, where he engaged directly with the children, parents, doctors and nurses. Jaime has helped local non-profits like Homeboy Industries by installing solar systems on their businesses to help them save money and serve more people. He is also one of the founders of the Compass Bible Institute.
Most importantly, in Jaime's mind, he feels blessed that he is a family man living with his wife and 3 children in Orange County, CA where he is serving his local church and community.
